Please read these Terms and Conditions (‘’Agreement’’, ‘’Terms and Conditions’’) carefully before using http://www.MyMoneyMyHoney.co.uk (‘’the Site’’), operated by Agata Diu (‘’I’’, ‘’me’’, or ‘’my’’). This Agreement sets for the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.MyMoneyMyHoney.co.uk

By Accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and my Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

SALES, DELIVERY, CANCELETION  POLICY 

Each block of the Financial Education For Children is made of 4 sessions. Purchase for the block of the sessions is made in advance. The Site displays times and dates of the available sessions, we recommend you familiarise yourself with the timetable before the purchase and let us know which timeslot would suit you best. You will have up to two weeks to decide which dates are preferable for you. Please note that the dates may become unavailable if the other customers may choose selected the timeslot that you wanted to go for. If within 2 weeks we won’t be able to find you the suitable day and time for the session, we will issue you with a full refund.

Under this refund policy and under guidance of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded.

If within the purchase time and completion of the session you decide to cancel the sessions, you will be reimbursed for the sessions not attended. You need to let us know at least 24 hours’ notice before the session to be eligible for the refund for the not attended session.

You may rebook each session once (subject to availability), giving at least 24 hour notice. If the notice is less than 24 hours or not attended, it is being treated as a session fully paid for and no refund will be given.

Lessons are being conducted online via ZOOM call on the 1-2-1 basis.

INTELECTUAL    PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Agata Diu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or property rights laws.

TERMINATION

I may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreements that by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

LINKS  TO  OTHER  SITES

My site may contain links to the third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Agata Diu or My Money – My Honey. Some of the links on this site are ads, partners or affiliates. This means I may make a small commission if you buy from the linked sites.  I only link to the products and services I love, most of which I use daily.

Agata Diu and http://www.mymoneymyhoney.co.uk have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. I strongly advise you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

GOVERNING   LAW

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

CHANGIGES  TO  THIS  AGREEMENT

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes continues your acceptance of the new terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or ant changes to this Agreement, do not use access or continue to access to the Site or discontinue any of use of the Site immediately.
